Pour out the water, then add hot food (food temperature ≥70°C / 158°F is recommended). Cold retention: For best results, use with an ice pack or frozen gel pack. During Use Ensure the zipper or Velcro closure is completely sealed. Minimize the frequency of opening to extend the insulation duration. Do not place in a microwave oven or expose to direct flame. Cleaning and Maintenance Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth or mild detergent. Do not immerse in water or clean in a dishwasher. Allow to dry completely before storing to prevent moisture and mold. Note This product provides auxiliary insulation and does not have active heating or cooling functions. Insulation duration varies depending on ambient temperature, initial food temperature, and frequency of opening. It is recommended to consume food within 2–5 hours.
